The Press Secretary\u2019s New Secret Weapons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Karoline Leavitt delighted and shocked the public with a new spread in Vanity Fair. The Press Secretary took time out of her busy schedule to share intimate moments with the magazine, from getting glammed up for an afternoon out with her geriatric husband to baking cookies for her all-white book club. She even let the Vanity Fair team tag along to the dentist with her- and it\u2019s all anyone can talk about<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While a visit to the dentist doesn\u2019t sound<\/em> that exciting, this wasn\u2019t any ordinary appointment. Ms. Leavitt\u2019s dental surgeon, Dr. Jehkul, described it this way: \u201cKaroline came to me wanting something very specific. Originally, she described shark-like teeth- very sharp, and entirely too large for her mouth to be practical. But as she kept talking I realized that what she really wanted was something closer to a komodo dragon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The komodo dragon has many serrated, curved and blade-shaped teeth. \u201cThey\u2019re also coated in a protective iron, and that\u2019s what inspired the design,\u201d Dr. Jehkul says. \u2018The design\u2019 is a set of teeth that can cut through leather. \u201cIt\u2019s just her incisors and cuspids- anything more would be overkill.\u201d They\u2019re also coated in Chromium VI, which Dr. Jekuhl says is an upgrade from the more traditional Cobalt-Chromium alloys. \u201cThese will last her a lifetime,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asked why she would get such an extreme procedure, the press secretary smiled coyly and said that there was nothing she wouldn\u2019t do to safeguard the president. The upper crust are lapping it up. \u201cI think it\u2019s delightful and she\u2019s never looked better,\u201d said Ivanka Trump, the president\u2019s daughter. Nicki Minaj added, \u201cShe fierce- love that for her! Rawr!\u201d Rupert Murdoch complimented her loyalty and dedication to the president, adding, \u201cShe\u2019s a good girl. If Nicholas isn\u2019t careful, I might snap her up.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
