Chaos at Walter Reed Hospital

Medical staff at Walter Reed hospital describe today’s scenes both inside and outside of the hospital as “utter chaos.” “It’s a hospital, so obviously we’re used to dealing with a certain amount of chaos and emergency,” said one nurse who prefers to remain anonymous. “But this– this was something else.” She described the scene inside the hospital as, “horrifically violent and extremely disturbing. I’ve never witnessed a human being do anything like that.”

The “scene” she is referring to was a violent encounter between Press Secretary KL and a reporter from news outlet PBR News. The reporter accessed Pres DJT’s hospital floor earlier today, presumably in an attempt to confirm the president’s condition. The president has been in hospital for over a week, with little information known about his exact condition and no word from the president himself. 

In what the WH is describing as an “extreme act of bravery and patriotism,” WH press secretary Karoline Leavitt leapt into action, sprinting past security and violently biting the reporter. “It was completely unnecessary,” the nurse who we spoke with said. “He had already stopped moving when she screamed at him to stop. It’s as though she was waiting for something just like this- like she wanted to attack.” The reporter has been operated on and is expected to recover, though he will be permanently disfigured. 

Outside of the hospital and unrelated to the attack, FBI Director Kash Patel arrived by helicopter with a group of friends, including Robert James Ritchie (aka “Kid Rock”). ORCA reporter, Barbra Bottomsnackle, engaged the group and attempted to question the Director but was chased off by the gun-wielding former musician. Mr. Ritchie was briefly detained after firing the weapon but has since been released of his own recognizance. Ms. Bottomsnackle is shaken but unharmed.
